Die Wohnung (insgesamt 70 Quadratmeter) befindet sich im Stadtteil Trier-Kürenz.
Sie besteht aus drei verschiedenen Zimmern von denen zwei bereits von einer Bewohnerin (Psychologie Studentin) und einem Bewohner (Psychologiestudent) belegt werden.
Des weiteren gibt es eine große Küche (Mit allen benötigten E- Geräten) die gemeinsam genutzt wird (und auch mal einlädt für ein gemeinsames Kochen zu dritt) :)...
Das Bad ist klein aber Fein in der sich auch bereits eine Waschmaschine befindet.
Der Duschbereich besteht aus einer Badewanne.
Außerdem sind Uni und Hauptbahnhof problemlos in 10 min Busfahrt/ oder Autofahrt zu erreichen
