Ich vermiete mein möbliertes 17qm großes Zimmer zur UNTERMIETE in unserer wunderbaren 5er-WG im 2. und 3. OG.
Frei ist das Zimmer ab 15.09.2022, Einzug ab Oktober zum Semesterbeginn ist aber auch möglich.
Das Zimmer wird befristet für das Wintersemester 2022/23 bis Ende März 2023 vermietet.
Evtl. ergibt sich aber auch die Möglichkeit, dass du anschließend in ein anderes Zimmer in unserer WG oder in einer der anderen Studenten-WGs im Haus ziehen kannst.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zur Südseite, es ist also tagsüber super hell und lichtdurchflutet. Und weil der Blick ins Grüne geht, ist es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster absolut ruhig.
Mit meinem Zimmer möchte ich folgend Einrichtung mitvermieten: Doppelbett (je nach Absprache mit oder ohne Matratze), einen großen Pax-Kleiderschrank, zwei Regale und den Schreibtisch, quasi alles was du auf den Fotos siehst.
Natürlich werden alle Möbel ausgeräumt, so dass du den ganzen Platz für dich nutzen kannst.
Wenn du selber was mitbringen möchtest, lässt sich mit Sicherheit auch ein Lösung finden.
Für die Nutzung der Möbel würde ich einmalig 250€ verlangen, ich denke das ist fair, weil alles noch in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Alternativ können wir das natürlich auch anteilig auf die monatliche Miete anrechnen.
In unserer großen & voll ausgestatteten Küche verbringen wir oft die Abende gemeinsam, beim Kochen & Essen, Spielen oder auch nur quatschen. Die WG hat außerdem zwei Bäder, d.h. auch zu fünft kommt man sich nie in die Quere.
Im Keller findest du außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner, mit Platz um deine Klamotten aufzuhängen, daneben einen Fahrradkeller und Abstellraum (wir haben auch einen Dachboden, um Zeug zwischenzulagern).

I rent my furnished 17sqm room for SUBLET in our wonderful 5-person shared apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
The room is available from 15.09.2022, but it is also possible to move in from October at the beginning of the semester.
The room is rented for the winter term 2022/23 until the end of March 2023.
However, there may be the possibility that you can move into another room in our WG or in one of the other student WGs in the house.
The room has a large window facing south, so it is super bright and flooded with light during the day. And because the view is into the green, it is absolutely calm even when the window is open.
I would like to include the following furniture in my room: Double bed (with or without mattress, individual agreement), a large Pax wardrobe, two shelves and the desk, practically everything you see in the photos.
Of course, all the furniture will be empty, so you can use all the space for yourself and move in directly with your suitcase.
If you want to bring some personal furniture with you, we can certainly arrange a solution.
For the use of the furniture I would charge a one-time fee of 250€, I think this is fair because everything is still in very good condition. Alternatively, we can of course also charge this proportionally to the monthly rent.
In our large and fully equipped kitchen we often spend the evenings together, cooking and eating, playing games or just chatting. The flat-sharing community also has two bathrooms, so even if there are five of you, you'll never get in each other's way.
In the basement you will also find washing machines and dryers, with space to hang up your clothes, a bicycle cellar and storage room (we also have an attic to store some stuff).
Die Lage ist perfekt, um schnell in der Uni oder in der Stadt zu sein.
Bus ist in 2-3 Minuten erreicht, von da geht es alle 10 Minuten in die Stadt oder zur Uni (beides ca. 10 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind indirekter Nähe zur Wohnung, Netto in 5 und Rewe in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein paar Minuten weiter findet ihr ebenfalls DM & Lidl.
Außerdem ist die WG perfekt für Ausflüge ins Grüne gelegen, denn nach wenigen 100 Metern beginnt das Aveler Tal mit seinen Weinbergen, die super für Sport oder Ausflüge geeignet sind.

The location is ideal for getting to the university or the city quickly.
The bus is 2-3 minutes away, from there you can get to the city or the university every 10 minutes (both about 10 minutes away).
Shopping facilities are in the close neighbourhood of the flat, Netto in 5 minutes and Rewe in 7 minutes walking distance. DM and Lidl are only a few minutes further on. In addition, the apartment is perfectly located for trips into the countryside, as the Avelertal with its vineyards begins just a few hundred metres away and is ideal for sports, hiking or just some time at fresh air.
Zusammen mit Leonie (27 - promoviert in Sozialwissenschaften) und Vanessa (25 - studiere Psychologie im Bachelor) wirst du eine super Zeit in der WG erleben. Timo (24 - studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik im Master (macht ein Auslandssemester 22/23)) wird wie ich über den Winter ein Auslandssemester absolvieren, sein Zimmer wird ebenfalls untervermietet, außerdem haben wir noch ein zweites freies Zimmer, das unbefristet vermietet wird.
Wie du siehst ist also noch nichts enschieden und es werden noch ein paar neue Mitbewohner in die WG kommen.
Wir wollen aber gerne das bisherige WG-Leben aufrechterhalten, denn wir verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende in der Küche, beim Kochen, Essen, Quatschen und Spielen. Hoch im Kurs steht der Klassiker Wizard, aber auch Darts. Es ist also wirklich für jeden was dabei.
Und wenn es wieder möglich ist, wird dann mit Sicherheit auch wieder gemeinsam ausgegangen.
Trotzdem versteht hier jeder, wenn du mal Zeit für dich brauchst, jeder zieht sich hier auch mal für sich zurück. Du kannst dir also jede Auszeit nehmen, die du brauchst.
Sobald es das Wetter wieder zulässt, geht es wieder raus in unseren Garten, zum Sonnen, Grillen und Zeit verbringen.
In unserem Haus wohnen noch zwei weitere WGs, mit denen wir uns ebenfalls super verstehen und auch gemeinsam was unternehmen. Wenn du willst, kannst du dich hier auch der Gym-Gang anschließen.

Together with Leonie (27 - doing her PhD in Social Sciences) and Vanessa (25 - studying Psychology in her Bachelor) you will have a great time in the WG. Timo (24 - studies Business Informatics in Master (does a semester abroad 22/23)) will do like me a semester abroad over the winter, his room is also sublet, in addition, we have a second free room, which is rented indefinitely.
As you can see, nothing is decided yet and there will be some new roommates coming into the WG.
However, we would like to maintain the current WG life, because we like to spend evenings together in the kitchen, cooking, eating, chatting and playing games. The classic game Wizard is very popular, but also darts. So there really is something for everyone.
And if it's possible again, we'll certainly go out together again.
Nevertheless, everyone here understands when you need time for yourself, everyone withdraws here sometimes for themselves. So you can take any time out you need.
As soon as the weather allows it, we go back out into our garden to sunbathe, barbecue and spend time together.
In our house there are two other shared flats with whom we also get along very well and do things together. If you want, you can also join the gym gang here.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer möbliert für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters. Es ist aber gut möglich, dass in unserer WG oder dem Haus anschließend ein anderes Zimmer frei wird, in das du dann umziehen könntest, solltest du doch länger bleiben wollen.
Ein- und Auszugsdatumsind flexibel und wir können das gerne individuell besprechen.

I will rent the room fully furnished for the duration of my semester abroad. However, it is quite possible that another room will become available in our shared apartment or the house afterwards, into which you could then move, should you want to stay longer.
Move-in and move-out dates are flexible and we can discuss this individually.
