Heya!
Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein schönes Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne(am liebsten eine/n Studenten/in...), da ich für 8 Monate ein Praktikum im Ausland absolviere. Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind total nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist rießig mit Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, großes Bad mit extra Badewanne, alles voll ausgestattet und möbliert. Mit dem Bus bist du in 4 min an der Uni, in 7 Minuten in der Innenstadt und die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Weiterhin haben wir einen rießigen Speicher, wo wir malen, werkeln und alles mögliche verstauen. Dazu kommt ein großer Kelleraum für Räder, Grill etc. Weiterhin haben wir neuerdings einen eigenen kleinen Kräutergarten und eine Sitzecke zum Grillen draußen. :D
Also los, worauf wartest du noch..... soviel für so wenig Geld!
