Wir suchen ab sofort ein(e) Mitbewohner(in) für ein helles 18qm großes Zimmer in einer netten 3er WG (78qm) in Uninähe! Das Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und großer Fenster sowie die komplett neu eingerichtete Küche sind neu renoviert (wie übrigens die ganze Wohnung) und bieten genug Platz für jeden. Der Balkon (15qm) bietet eine super Möglichkeit zum Grillen oder zum abhängen. Das Zimmer kostet 280€ kalt, hinzu kommen 35€ Nebenkostenvorauszahlung (hier ist alles drin, auch Internet/Telefonflatrate und Strom). Sehr gute Busverbindungen (6 und 16) zur Uni und in die Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist beides auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Fahrrad kann dann im ebenerdigen abschließbaren Abstellraum untergestellt werden. Wir freuen uns auf dich (mail: ).
