es handelt sich um ein ca 15 qm Zimmer im obersten von drei Stockwerken. das Haus ist gerade neu renoviert, Küche und Bad sind neu, Laminat in deinem Zimmer ebenfalls neu verlegt
das Haus besteht insgesamt aus drei Zimmern, Küche und Bad.
dazu eine Möglichkeit, dein Fahrrad sicher unter zu stellen und ein Keller.
das Haus liegt in Pfalzel an der alten Stadtmauer und nur wenige Schritte von der Mosel entfernt. man kann direkt auf die Stadtmauer gehen, die wie eine Art kleiner Park angelegt ist. es ist sehr lauschig hier, gibt aber auch alle wichtigen Geschäfte und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad 15 min entfernt, mit dem Zug eine Station (etwa 6 min).
die WG wird gerade neu gegründet, wir sind also offen für unterschiedliche Charaktere. wir sind beide zur Zeit in der Endphase unseres Studiums (Politik bzw Psychologie)
