Dieses Zimmer ist ab 17.04. frei (Beginn der Lehrveranstaltungen: 20.04.) Küche und Bad wird mit einer Fachhochschulstudentin geteilt. In den 228€ Miete ist auch eine DSL-Flat mit enthalten; eine sehr gute Busverbindung ist auch vorhanden; ca. 15 Min. zur Uni zu Fuß; Ebenso in der Nähe: ALDI, EDEKA, dm; ca. 20 Min. mit dem Bus bis zur Innenstadt.
