Ich suche zum 01.07. oder 01.08. eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein schönes, helles Zimmer in einer 3er-WG (w/w/?). Wir haben ein Bad mit Badewanne, ein Gäste-WC, Telefon-/Internetflat und einen Balkon. In den 255 € sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten! Die Möbel (Regal, Schreibtisch, Couchtisch, Matratze) können kostenlos übernommen werden! Mensa, Uni-Bibliothek etc. sind zu Fuß in etwa einer Minute erreichbar, ebenso wie die Bushaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt. Ein Supermarkt (Wasgau) und die Querpassage (Buchladen, Schreibwarenladen, Bistro etc.) befinden sich direkt vor der Tür!
