ich ziehe wegen eines kurzfristigen Auslandsjahr aus der Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG, jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer, verbunden durch Flur,Küche,Bad zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Mein Mitbewohner ist chillig, hat nie gestresst, sauber und pflegeleicht :D *Dein* Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert, also muss man keinen Umzugswagen bestellen. Alle Nebenkosten und Internet sind im Preis drinnen, und die Kaution erhält man ja wieder. Provision gibts nicht :) Quasi ''all inklusive'' für nicht einmal 250€! Jetzt kommt der Trumpf: Dein Zimmer ist das mit dem Balkon ;) Sehr angenehm im Sommer, oder um die Wäsche aufzuhängen etc. pp. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim, direkt an der Uni (10min Gehweg, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Sportplatz i.d.Nähe). Wenn ihr nach einem Semester merkt, das ist nichts für euch, reicht eine Kündigung oder die Exmatrikultaionsbescheinigung der Uni, und ihr seid wieder frei :) Jetzt aber schnell, das Semester beginnt bald...
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim, direkt an der Uni (10min Gehweg, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Sportplatz i.d.Nähe).
