Unsere WG löst sich auf und daher biete ich zum 01.08. mein schönes Zimmer in einer 3er WG geeigneten Wohnung in unmittelbarer Uni-nähe an. Im gesamten Haus sind überwiegend Studenten-WGs. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf wie folgt: Flur, Küche (mit EBK!), Badezimmer und getrennt davon das WC. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und hat einen pflegeleichten PVC Boden. In der ganzen Wohnung wurden im Juli 2013 die Fenster erneuert, auch gibt es Rollläden davor.
Bis zur Uni brauchst du nur 5 Minuten und die nächste Bushaltestelle (Linie 6, 16 und 86) ist direkt um die Ecke. Bäcker, Wasgau, Copyshop, Post. Eisdiele und verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten erreichst du ebenfalls in 5 Minuten; wenn du langsam läufst ;) Aldi, Edeka in 10 Minuten.
Die Warmmiete (all inkl.) beträgt 300€.
