Ich biete ein Zimmer in meiner großen 2er WG in Tarforst.
Die Wohnung hat 90m2 aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer + Küche + Bad + Balkon + Keller.
Es gibt 2 kleinere Zimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum schönen, großen Balkon.
Auf dem Balkon gibt es abends Sonne.
Das Bad hat Tageslicht und eine Badewanne.
Küche (mit Spülmaschine) ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat schnelles Internet über Kabel Deutschland.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug.
Welches der Zimmer du möchtest oder wie wir es aufteilen ist verhandelbar.
Die Uni (Campus 1) ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt eine sehr gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt.
(Tagsüber alle 10 Minuten die Linien 6 und 16 / Abends alle 30 Minuten die Linie 81).
Die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus ist gut. Auf Wunsch kann ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz angemietet werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, DM) sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus mit netten Nachbarn.
Ich bin weiblich, 27 Jahre alt und Studentin an der Uni und nebenbei Freiberufler.
Ich mag Musik & Fotografie.
Du solltest tierlieb sein, da ich 2 (liebe) Wohnungskatzen habe.
Die beiden sind ruhig und pflegeleicht.
