Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer 11er WG in einem Einfamilienhaus. Über die beiden großen Fenster kommt man auf den Balkon, der in Richtung Garten zeigt.
Die Zimmer sind auf 3 Stockwerke aufgeteilt und es teilen sich je 3-4 Mitbewohner ein Badezimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Dusche.
Das Einfamilienhaus befindet sich in Tarforst, jeweils etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Uni und vom Tarforster Einkaufszentrum entfernt.
Uni Sporthalle, Uni Park und Sportplätze sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Zurzeit wohnen 10 Studenten und eine Arzthelferin in der WG. Alle unternehmen gerne mal gemeinsam Dinge, wenn man aber lieber seine Ruhe haben will ist das auch kein Problem.
Mehrere Mitbwohner besitzen ein Auto falls man mal eines benötigt.
Im Haus sind alle nötigen Haushaltsgeräte wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine etc. vorhanden.
Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen, zurzeit wohnt eine Katze mit uns zusammen.
