Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat mit 17 Quadratmetern eine angenehme Größe und ist zum Garten ausgerichtet, also sehr leise. Der Schnitt des Zimmers ist sehr vorteilhaft, sodass du viele Sachen unterbekommst. Es wäre bereits möbliert zu übergeben und die Möbel sind fast wie neu (siehe Fotos), hierzu ist eine Absprache hinsichtlich des Abschlags mit unserem jetzigen (noch) Mitbewohner zu treffen :)
The room is 17 square meters in a very calm neighborhood. It has a nice view since the windows are on our terrace. The room is very spacious and has a high ceiling, It is almost fully furnished (see the photos) and the furniture are still new. You can get the furniture for a fair deal :)
Die Lage im nördlichen Trier ist sehr ruhig, da das Haus in einem Wohngebiet liegt. Gleichzeitig ist die nächste Bushaltestelle in 4 Min fußläufig zu erreichen, von welcher man in 6 Min mit dem Bus die Innenstadt erreicht. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15-20 in der Innenstadt.
Das Moselufer ist ebenfalls in 10 Min zu erreichen, welches mit seinem Moselstrand zum Verweilen einlädt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl und Rewe) sind fußläufig in 5-10 Min erreichbar.
The next bus stop is only 4 minutes away and roughly with 6 minutes of bus ride you are in the center of Trier. If you are active and prefer walking, then you reach Porta Nigra/ the center in 15-20 minutes. Moselufer is also very near with only 10 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy the nice side walk it is beach.
You don't have to worry about shopping, since Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, etc.. are well around the corner (5-10 minute walking distance from the flat).
Die WG besteht aus Hannah (23), die Umweltgeowissenschaften an der Uni studiert und Jana (24), die als Logopädin tätig ist.
Mittelpunkt unserer WG ist unsere große schöne Wohnküche, in der das WG-Leben stattfindet. Hier verbringen wir gerne spontan Zeit miteinander und tauschen uns aus. Aktivitäten wären auch das gemeinsame Kochen oder Malen. Wir sind eher gemütlich und keine Party-WG.
You roommates will be Hannah (23) who studies environmental geosciences in university and Jana who works as a speech therapist. We usually gather in the evenings in our nice and cozy kitchen and talk about our days. Every now and then we cook together or paint together. The last but not the least, we prefer calm and cozy evenings rather than partying.
