Ich, Tobias, suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer! Die 3er WG (Nichtraucher) befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, renovierten, ca. 120m² großen Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, komplett mit Laminat ausgelegt. Große, geräumige Wohnküche, komplett eingerichtet (Spülm., Backofen, Mikrow. etc.), Bad mit Badewanne + Waschmaschine, WC, Arbeitszimmer, Abstellkammer. DSL + Telefonflat. Die Lage ist wirklich super – 3 min zu Aldi + Accord, ca. 7 min zur Porta, Busanbindung zu Uni und FH alle paar Minuten. Praktisch zum Fahrrad abstellen ist unser eigener Keller od. der Hinterhof.
Zu vermieten ist ein ca. 30 m² großes Zimmer, sehr hell mit hohen Decken und einem schönen Erker. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu haben und kostet 250€ + 40€ NK.
