The location of the apartment is almost perfect!
We live in a very bright apartment (bedroom - east side. Living rooms incl. balcony - west side). That means if you want you can enjoy a lot of the sun :-)

Train station and Porta Nigra (centre) are within 3 minutes walking distance.
SPECIALITY: The location of the apartment is very quiet, as our street is a single-way street and only gardens are located on the opposite side.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt!
Wir wohnen in einer sehr hellen Wohnung (Schlafzimmer - Ostseite. Wohnräume inkl. Balkon - Westseite). Das heißt, wenn du willst kannst du ganz viel die Sonne genießen :-)

Bahnhof sowie Porta Nigra (Zentrum) sind innerhalb von 3 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
BESONDERHEIT: Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da unsere Straße eine Anlieger-Einbahnstraße ist und sich zur gegenüberliegenden Seite nur Gärten befinden.

Living in the WG:
For almost 1.5 years - Robert (31), studied sociology and philosophy at the University and worked as a bicycle curator. He is a passionate hobby cook and maintains good contact with his friends.

Honour guest ;) - Pia (34): She lived in this great WG for 7 years and is now looking for a new stay in her building car. Gardening, cooking and shapes are her special, lovingly she has comfortably furnished the apartment in community work. In the future, SIe will occasionally look past because it is still very connected to the apartment and its roommates.

Since Filippo has already found his own apartment, he will unfortunately move out in May and therefore we are looking for a successor for him. So new fresh wind comes into the WG:)

We have always agreed to spend time together, shared food and take care of the needs of others. An open and honest communication is important to us, as well as respect and the necessary retreat.
So, what do you like most? They love people, the south balcony or the garden? :)

In der WG wohnen:
Seit knapp 1.5 Jahren - Robert (31), Studiert an der Uni Soziologie und Philosophie und arbeitete als Fahrradkurier. Er ist leidenschaftlicher Hobbykoch und pflegt guten Kontakt zu seinen Freunden.

Ehrengast ;) - Pia (34): Sie hat 7 Jahren in dieser tollen WG gewohnt und sucht nun eine neue bleibe in ihrem Bauwagen. Gärtnern, Kochen und Gestalten liegen ihr besonders, liebevoll hat sie die Wohnung in Gemeinschaftsarbeit gemütlich eingerichtet. SIe wird auch in Zukunft gelegentlich vorbei schauen, weil sie der Wohnung und ihren Mitbewohnern weiterhin sehr verbunden ist.

Da Filippo schon eine eigene Wohnung gefunden hat, wird er im Mai leider ausziehen und somit suchen wir momentan auch noch für ihn einen Nachfolger. Es kommt also neuer frischer Wind in die WG:)

Wir haben uns immer gerne verabredet, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, Essen geteilt und nehmen Rücksicht auf die Bedürfnisse der anderen. Eine offene und ehrlich Kommunikation ist uns wichtig, genauso wie Respekt und der nötige Rückzug.
Also, auf was freust du dich am meisten? Die lieben Menschen, den Südbalkon oder lieber den Garten? :)

We have a lot of common space in our WG: living room (about 18 m2), kitchen (about 12 m2), balcony (about 10 m2) and a beautiful, large and wild house garden (which is actually only used by us).

It is important to us that we match certain values. That means being positively adjusted to LGBTQIA+, not a pole-like right mind.
A previous arrival date is possible and can be agreed.

Wir haben in unserer WG viel Gemeinschaftsraum: Wohnzimmer (ca. 18 m²), Küche (ca. 12 m²), Balkon (ca. 10 m²) und einen wunderschönen, großen und wilden Hausgarten (der aber eigentlich nur von uns genutzt wird).

Uns ist es wichtig, dass man in bestimmten Werte übereinstimmt. Das heißt positiv eingestellt sein gegenüber LGBTQIA+, keine poltisch rechte Gesinnung.
Ein früherer Einzugstermin ist möglich und kann vereinbart werden.
