Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir sind eine 3er WG (momentan 2 Jungs,1 Mädel) und suchen zum 01.04 eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Ich werde mit meinem Freund zusammenziehen und hab deswegen ein wunderschönes 16qm-Zimmer an ein nettes Mädel abzugeben.
Zum Zimmer/zur Wohnung:
das Zimmer ist wie erwähnt 16qm groß, hat aber zusätzlich zwei riesige Wandschränke, die enorm platzsparend sind. Dazu gibt’s ein sehr großes Bad mit Badewanne und ne große Küche, in der gerne und oft gekocht wird.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Arena. Lidl, Netto, dm und Rewe sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle zur Uni ist entweder in 2 Gehminuten (Linie 30) oder auch 7 Gehminuten (Linie 13) zu erreichen. In die Stadt fährt alle 10 min. die Linie 1.
Zu den Kosten:
Inklusive Strom, Internet + Telefonflat und allen Nebenkosten kostet das Zimmer unschlagbare 250 Euro.
Wenn du also weiblich und über 20 bist, schon ein Weilchen an der Uni studierst und Lust auf ne nette, saubere und gesellige WG hast, dann meld dich und komm vorbei!
