Hallo zusammen,
wir sind eine 3er WG (momentan 2 Jungs,1 Mädel) und suchen zum 01.04 eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Unsere Mitbewohnerin wird mit ihrem Freund zusammenziehen und hat deswegen ein wunderschönes 16qm-Zimmer an ein nettes Mädel abzugeben.
Zum Zimmer/zur Wohnung:
das Zimmer ist wie erwähnt 16qm groß, hat aber zusätzlich zwei riesige Wandschränke, die enorm platzsparend sind. Dazu gibt’s ein sehr großes Bad mit Badewanne und ne große Küche, in der gerne und oft gekocht wird (siehe Foto).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Arena. Lidl, Netto, dm und Rewe sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle zur Uni ist entweder in in 7 Gehminuten (Linie 13) zu erreichen. In die Stadt fährt alle 10 min. die Linie 1.
Kosten:
Inklusive Strom, Internet/Telefonflat und allen Nebenkosten kostet das Zimmer 250 Euro.
Wenn du also weiblich und über 20 bist, schon ein Weilchen an der Uni studierst und Lust auf ne nette, saubere WG hast, dann melde dich und komm vorbei!
