Hallo! Wir suchen dringend eine Nachmiterin/einen Nachmieter für unser 22 m² großes, helles Zimmer mit Balkon in einer sehr netten 4er WG (2 Frauen, 1 Mann-27-29 Jahre). Da unsere Mitbewohnerin kurzfristig zum 01.11. in eine eigene Wohnung zieht wird ihr Zimmer frei. Die WG ist insgesamt 114 m² groß, hat ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine Gästetoilette und eine Wohnküche. Die oder der neue MitbewohnerIn darf gerne schon etwas älter sein und eine ruhigere WG bevorzugen, da zwei der Mitbewohner in ihrer Diplomzeit stecken und einer arbeiten geht (wobei es im Haus ab und zu auch recht lebhaft zugehen kann;). Falls ihr Interesse habt, dann schickt uns eine Mail mit einigen Eckdaten von euch (ohne diese werden wir eine Mail leider nicht beantworten). Wir freuen uns sehr über Anfragen und machen dann gerne für Sonntag (nachmittags und abends) und Montag (ab 20 Uhr, aufgrund der Arbeitszeit) Besichtigungs- und Kennenlerntermine aus . Grüße!
