Hallo!
Da mein Mitbewohner sein Studium abschließt, wird in unserer 2er WG das größere Zimmer frei. Ich studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik und freue mich auf ein/e neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Für ca. 310 Euro sind Kaltmiete, sämtliche Nebenkosten und eine Telefon-/Internetflat inklusive. Neben dem Zimmer gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad. Erstbezug war 2007 in dem damals komplett sanierten Gebäude, deshalb sind Bad und Küche noch sehr neu.
Das Haus hat eine super Dachterrasse, Fahrradkeller, Münzwaschmaschinen und -trockner im Keller und bei Bedarf eine Tiefgarage.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber, der Rewe ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
