Hey ! Ich heiße Susi, bin 20 Jahre, ausgelernte Krankenschwester und suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner. Meine Wohnung ist 73m² groß, 3ZKB mit Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Bad mit Fenster, Keller. Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 14m² groß, so wie meins auch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Goethestraße(Trier Nord), sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, Busverbindungen zur FH und Uni gibt es natürlich auch! Die Wohnung ist (außer dein Zimmer) voll möbliert und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Ich bin offen, kontaktfreudig, unternehmungslustig und möchte keine Zweck-WG. Es wäre schön, wenn man ab und zu mal zusammen kochen oder weggehen würde :)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 353 Euro warm mit allen Nebenkosten inklusive, auch Internet und Telefonanschluss. Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort oder nach Rücksprache auch später zu vermieten.
