Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden, da zwei unserer Mitbewohner in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit ins Ausland fliegen werden in unserer WG von Anfang März bis Mitte April zwei Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das 22-Quadratmeter-Zimmer kostet 225 Euro und das 25-Quadratmeter-Zimmer kostet 250 Euro. Die Nebenkosten (Festnetzflat, Internetflat, Strom etc.) sind schon in allen Preisen eingerechnet. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert, ihr müsst also nichts mitbringen.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und 5 Minuten von der Porta. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten an der Uni. Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten liegen Aldi, Rewe, Edeka und Kaufland.
