Hallo! Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Sandra zum 1. September auszieht, suchen wir, Patrick(24) und Wendelin(22) für unsere 3er WG in Trier-Nord einen neuen Mitbewohner. Wir studieren beide Digitale Medien und Spiele an der Hochschule.
Das Zimmer hat 20qm, Parkettboden und zwei große Fenster. Optional können Möbel übernommen werden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 310 Euro incl. Internet und Strom.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche und einem Bad. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Außerdem steht dort unsere Waschmaschine.
Zur Wohnung gehören auch ein großer Balkon, ein Dachboden (zum Lagern und Abstellen) und Stellplätze für Autos. WLAN/Internet ist vorhanden.
Wie bereits erwähnt liegt die Wohnung in Trier-Nord, Rudolf-Diesel Str. 11. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung in die Stadt – alle 20 Minuten zur Porta, jede halbe Stunde zum Hauptbahnhof. Ratio, DM, Lidl, Aldi sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Hochschule ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten erreichbar. An den Wochenenden sind hier keine Nachbarn, die sich an erhöhter Lautstärke stören würden ;-)
