Dein helles Zimmer verfügt über hohe Wände, eine große Fenster und Parkettboden. Darüber hinaus steht dir ein 2. Raum als Abstellfläche (ca.15qm) eine gemeinsame Küche, das Bad sowie ein separater Waschraum inklusive Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im 2. Stock. Die erste Bushaltestelle findest du direkt vor der Haustür, Aldi und Norma sind ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt, REWE ca. 5, bis zur Porta sind es ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten.
Ich (Annika,21 Jahre&Studentin)würde mich sehr freuen, jemanden zu finden mit dem ein Wg Leben über die reine Zweck WG hinaus, möglich ist. Gerne trinke ich abends einen Wein(oder Sekt ;)), schaue zusammen Filme oder gehe mit dir feiern :) Dadurch, dass ich Dual studiere brauchst du dir aber keine Sorgen machen, dass unsere Wohnung als Partyhochburg missbraucht wird!!! In unserer WG gibt es keinen Putz oder Einkaufsplan(funktioniert auch ohne).. Jeder möchte es ja schön,sauber und gemütlich haben :) ich freue mich auf dich, Anni
