Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß und verfügt über eine große, helle Fensterfront sowie zwei große Einbauschränke.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss und verfügt über 3 Zimmer + Küche, Bad und Abstellraum. Zur Wohnung gehören zudem ein eigener Kellerraum sowie ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wo Auto und Fahrrad unterkommen können.
Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden: großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Kabel Deutschland-Anschluss und TV-Kabelanschluss.
Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen:
- bis zur Autobahn sind's ca. 2 Minuten mit dem Auto
- zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ebenfalls ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß
- in der Innenstadt ist man mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten, mit dem Bus in 10 und zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen (Lidl, DM und Rewe in ca. 5 Minuten), Subway ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
- Geldautomaten der Sparkasse und VR-Bank sind gleich um die Ecke
Der Umgang ist sehr locker und entspannt, Wir (Christian und Jutta) sind sehr tolerante Mitbewohner; der eine im Theater tätig; die andere auchim Theater sowie im Veranstaltungs- und Hotelgewerbe tätig.
Bett und Schreibtisch können günstig übernommen werden, aber kein Muss.
