Das Zimmer möchte ich vorerst nur Zwischenvermieten. Warscheinlich wird es aber längerfristig frei, weil ich mein Studium gerade auf Eis gelegt habe und mit dem Gedanken spiele, es abzubrechen und die Stadt zu verlassen...
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell. Es gibt zudem ein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit TV und DVD, sowie einen Balkon, der zum grillen oder rauchen verwendet werden kann :-)
Ich kann mein Zimmer je nach Wunsch möbliert, teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert anbieten. Der Bodenbelag ist übrigens Kork. Die WG hat eine Telefon-flatrate, die in der Miete inbegriffen ist!
Es gibt gute Anbindungen an die Uni (Linie 16) und in die Stadt (1/86) jeweils etwa 5-10 Minuten. Stadt auch mit dem Rad sehr gut erreichbar...
