Das Zimmer ist hell und lichtdurchflutet, da das Fenster südwestlich liegt. Man hat einen Blick über die Dächer der umliegenden Häuser und unseren Garten. Durch den Holzbalken hat es einen gemütlichen Charme. Es hat zwei Türen, weil es zwischen dem Eingang und der Küche liegt, es ist aber kein Durchgangszimmer, weil das bei meinem Zimmer genauso ist. Jede(r) geht also durch ihr/sein eigenes Zimmer :)

The room is bright and flooded with light in the evening, as the window faces southwest. You have a view over the roofs of the surrounding houses and our garden. The wooden beam gives it a cosy charm. It has two doors because it is between the entrance and the kitchen, but it is not a passage room because that is the same with my room. So everyone goes through his/her own room :)
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr perfekt. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, also nah an allen möglichen Bussen und an Döner und Pommes. Direkt am Bahnhof ist der auch Kaufland, ein bisschen weiter (ca10min zu Fuß/5min mit Fahrrad) gibt's einen Aldi.
Zur Porta und in die Innenstadt läuft man auch nur ca. 5-10min und die Wohngegend ist total schön und sehr ruhig. Zur Uni fährt man ca 15 - 20min.

The location is perfect. You are in 2 minutes at the main station, which brings you close to all kinds of buses and to kebab and fries. Directly at the station is a Kaufland, a little further (about 10min walk/5min by bike) there's an Aldi.
To the Porta and the city center you only walk about 5-10min and the residential area is beautiful and very quiet. To the university you drive about 15 - 20min by bus.
Du wohnst zusammen mit mir, Jannika (25) und manchmal vielleicht auch mit meiner Hündin Leila, die hin und wieder zu
Besuch kommt. Sie ist ein kleiner Mopsmischling und eigentlich ein lebendiges Kuscheltier. Ich bin vor eineinhalb Jahren von Wien nach Trier gezogen und studiere hier Kultur- und Mediensoziologie im Master. Neben dem Studieren mag ich gerne Musik, Filme und Gaming, ich koche, singe, tanze, male und spaziere gerne. Meine Abende verbringe ich oft mit Freunden im Garten oder an der Mosel oder ein Fantasybuch lesend.
Bisher haben wir keinen Putzplan gebraucht und einfach zusammengearbeitet, oder uns abgesprochen. Es würde mich freuen, wenn wir das weiter so entspannt halten könnten. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

You would live together with me, Jannika (25) and sometimes maybe with my dog Leila, who comes to visit from time to time.
She is a little pug mongrel and a living cuddly toy. I moved from Vienna to Trier a year and a half ago and am studying cultural and media sociology here for my master's degree. Besides studying I like music and movies, I like cooking, singing, dancing, painting and going for walks. I often spend my evenings with friends in the garden or at the Mosel or ready a fantasy novel.
So far we have not needed a cleaning plan and just worked together. I would be happy if we could keep this relaxed. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
Das Schöne an der Wohnung ist, dass im ganzen restlichen Haus auch nur WGs wohnen. Wir haben eine gemeinsame WhatsApp-Gruppe in der wir Anschaffungen für unseren gemeinsamen Garten besprechen oder kleine gemeinsame Abende planen.
Im Garten trifft man hin und wieder liebe Menschen und es ist super schön dort zu grillen oder abends einfach am Feuer zu sitzen. Falls du Lust auf Gartenarbeit hast kannst du dich auch gerne austoben :)
Unsere Küche ist eigentlich ziemlich gut ausgestattet und wir haben sogar den Luxus einer Spülmaschiene!
Ach ja Parken kann man mit einem Bewohnerausweis (30€ im Jahr) direkt vor dem Haus und das Fahrrad kann man in den Innenhof oder in den Keller stellen.
Die 100€ Ablöse sind für die Waschmaschine die wir vor ein paar Monaten gekauft hatten und für ein paar andere Haushaltsgeräte.
Es würde mich freuen, wenn du in deiner Nachricht ein bisschen über dich schreibst und dann melde ich mich ganz bald bei dir :)

The nice thing about the apartment is that ithe rest of the flat in the house are also shared flats with nice people. We have a joint WhatsApp group in which we discuss purchases for our shared garden or plan evenings in the garden.
In the garden you meet lovely people every now and then and it's super nice to barbecue there or just sit by the fire in the evening. If you feel like gardening you are also welcome to let off steam :)
Our kitchen is actually pretty well equipped we even have the luxury of a dishwasher!
Parking is possible with a resident card (30€ per year) directly in front of the house and the bike can be put in the courtyard or in the basement.
The 100€ key money are for the washing machine we bought a few months ago and for a few other household appliances.
Important note!:
Because we will be living together, and I can't invite everyone whose contacting me, I would be very happy, if you could tell me al little bit about yourself.
