Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer, Dich erwartet ein rund 25 Quadratmeter großes, helles Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit traumhaftem Blick ins Grüne. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral: Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, an die Uni kommt man über die Buslinien 6 und 4, die Bushaltestellen sind rund 3-4 Minuten entfernt.
