Deine Mitbewohner sind Lisa, sie ist Deutsche und Bachelor of Design Studentin an der Hochschule Trier (sie wird im September ihr Auslandssemester absolvieren, so dass bis dahin möglicherweise ein neuer Mitbewohner hier sein wird), Martin, der auch Deutscher ist und selbständig von zu Hause aus arbeitet, und Ranjeet, ein junger Absolvent der Automobilindustrie aus Indien, der für Volvo in Konz arbeitet.
Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Garten für das gesamte Gebäude, so dass man immer die Möglichkeit hat, sich zu entspannen und mit neuen Leuten in Kontakt zu kommen. Wir verbringen unsere Zeit gemeinsam in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Foyer), und Sie sind immer willkommen, Freunde mitzubringen oder gemeinsam einen Ausflug zu machen. Your flatmates will be Lisa, she is German and a bachelor of design student at the Hochschule Trier, (she will do her semester abroad in September, so possibly a new flatmate will be here by then), Martin, who is also german and is self-employed and works from home, and Ranjeet, a recent automotive graduate from India working for Volvo in Konz.
There is a shared garden for the whole building so always a chance to relax and interact with new people. We spend time together in shared spaces (kitchen, living room, foyer), and you are always welcome to bring friends over or go for an outing together. We mostly speak English, but everyone speaks German.
Die Anzahlung von 300 Euro beinhaltet die Kosten für die Möbel, die ich zurücklasse (Bett, Kommode) und andere Renovierungsarbeiten in der Wohnung. Wenn Sie möchten, können wir auch über andere Möbel sprechen, die ich zurücklassen kann. Ich ziehe mit meinem langjährigen Partner in Trier zusammen, so dass ich für weitere Gespräche in der Nähe sein werde.

The down payment of 300 Euros includes costs of the furniture I will leave behind (bed, drawers) and other renovations for the apartment. If you'd like, we can discuss about any other furniture I can leave behind as well. I am moving in with my long time partner in Trier so I will be around the area for any further discussions.
