Dein Zimmer wäre ein riesiges 32m² Zimmer. Einzug ab 1. Juni 2024 möglich. Unsere WG befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Geteilte Küchen und Bad Nutzung. Auch wenn das Haus ein Altbau ist, ist die Deckenhöhe auf unserer Etage etwas niedriger. Die Wohnung hat hier und da ein paar Macken und ist etwas altbacken aber trotz allem ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. In deinem Mietanteil von 365€ warm ist bereits alles vorhanden (Kaltmiete, Strom, Heizung, Internet) und auch die Nebenkosten Nachzahlungen waren bisher immer im Rahmen. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Straßenabgewandten Seite mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Die Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 300€ und wird an den vorigen Bewohner gezahlt. Das Zimmer wird nicht renoviert und wird leer übergeben.
Your room would be a 30m² room and you could move in from 1 May 2024. Our shared flat is on the third floor without a lift. Shared kitchen and bathroom use. Even though the house is an old building, the ceiling height on our floor is slightly lower. The flat has a few quirks here and there and is a bit old-fashioned, but everything you need is still there. Your rent share of €365 warm already includes everything (basic rent, electricity, heating, internet) and the additional payments for utilities have always been reasonable. The room is located on the side facing away from the street with a view of the inner courtyard. The deposit for the room is €300 and will be paid to the previous tenant. The room will not be renovated and will be handed over empty.
Die Lage unserer Wohnung ist perfekt; man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Zudem ist in der Saarstraße alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf (Lebensmittelläden, Biomarkt, Apotheke, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz).
Bushaltestellen sowie die Bahnstation in Trier Süd sind auch problemlos zu erreichen. Fahrräder werden bei uns im Hausflur abgestellt, nur ein Lastenfahrrad ist möglicherweise etwas zu groß.
The location of our flat is perfect; you can walk to the city centre within 5 minutes. In addition, Saarstraße has everything you need for your daily needs (grocery shops, organic market, pharmacy, paid car park).
Bus stops and the railway station in Trier Süd are also within easy reach. Bicycles can be parked in the hallway, only a cargo bike might be a little too big.
Deine drei WG MitbewohnerInnen sind alle sehr stabil und unkompliziert. Jeder kann sein eigenes Ding machen und wenn was gebraucht wird, hat jeder ein offenes Ohr und ist kommunikativ.
Florencia: Unsere Latina aus Argentinien spricht Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch (auch wenn Sie das verheimlichen will) ist gut gelaunt und offen. Tanzt gerne und viel.
Arya: Arya ist unser neuester Zugang, studiert an der Hochschule Trier irgendwas mit Technik und ist auch noch dabei sich in Trier einzuleben.
Kim: auch wenn man es nicht sieht; absolutes Eifelkind. Meist gut drauf und liebt DIY. Immer für einer Boulder-Session zu haben.
Einmal im Monat hat jeder Putzdienst für die öffentlichen Räume. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass du hinter dir aufräumen kannst und wenn dich etwas stört, du es mitteilen kannst.
WG intern wird meist auf Englisch kommuniziert.
Your three flatmates are all very stable and uncomplicated. Everyone can do their own thing and if something is needed, everyone has an open ear and is communicative. As we're all past our student days, it would be cool if that applied to you too.
Florencia: Our Latina from Argentina speaks Spanish, English and German (even if she tries to hide it) and is cheerful and open. Likes to dance a lot.
Arya: Arya is our newest addition, studies sth. technical at the university of applied science and is still new to the city of Trier.
Kim: even if you can't see it; absolute Eifel child. Usually in a good mood and loves DIY. Always up for a bouldering session.
Once a month, everyone has cleaning duty for the public areas. It would be desirable that you can clean up after yourself and if something bothers you, you can let us know.
