Hallo. Da ich zum 01. Juli 2008 aus einer 3er WG (2 Jungs, 24 Jahre alt und Elektrotechnikstudenten) ausziehe, suche ich zum 01. Juli 2008 (ggf. auch ein paar Tage früher oder später (bzw. 15. Juli / 1. August)) einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m² groß und die Wohnung liegt in Trier Süd, direkt beim Südbahnhof. In die Innenstadt braucht man zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Schlecker, Plus, Lidl, Aldi, DM, ...) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (5-10 Min. zu Fuß). Das Zimmer kostet warm 251€ pro Monat. Hierin sind außerdem Telefon- und Internetflatrate schon enthalten. Bei Fragen oder Interesse, am besten einfach per Email oder Telefon (nach 19 Uhr, da ich tagsüber in Luxemburg arbeite) melden. Gruß, Ruth
