ich suche dringend einen Zwischenmieter (bis 1.10.2009) für mein schönes WG-Zimmer. Die Wg besteht aus 2 Mädels und einem Mann (24- 26 Jahre) und vielleicht bald dir. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, 5 Min. Fußweg in die Stadt. Mit dem Bus sind es 10 min. zur Uni. Wir haben einen Garten und Parkplätze sowie eine Garage für Fahrräder. Mein Zimmer hat einen schönen Gartenblick und ist vollkommen ruhig. Du hast dort Kabelanschluß sowie einen Telefonanschluß. Wlan ist auch vorhanden und im Preis inklusive. Ich lasse leider keine Möbel da, jedoch wären ein Schrank, Kommade, Stuhl eventuell Schreibtisch sowie Bettgestell vorhanden, da wir in der Wg sehr viele Sachen haben =))
Ich möchte das Zimmer gerne ab sofort oder spätestens ab dem 15.12. abgeben.
