Wer hat Interesse eine "etwas andere" WG zu gründen? Ich, Erzieher und seit 4 Jahren im Exhaus (offene Jugendarbeit & Erlebnispäd.) plane die Neugründung einer WG, in welcher jede/r Mitbewohner/in 2 Zimmer sein Eigen nennt (z.B. 6-7 Zimmer für 3 Leutchen). Keine reine Zweck-WG, denke langfristig, müssen also keine Studenten sein :D! Der Komplettpreis soll dabei ca. 350-450 Euronen/Bewohner/in nicht übersteigen. Alternativ sind aber auch andere Konstellationen denkbar, z.B. 3 Zimmer für 2 (Aufteilung 2/1) oder 4 Zimmer für 3 WGler bei dann entsprechender Aufteilung der Kosten! Die neue WG sollte zentrumsnah, also TR-Ost, TR-Süd, Innenstadt, sein. Also meldet euch...zur Not auch Mobil ----/-------)
