Wir (m, 25, w, 24 und mittelgroßer Hund, 1,5) suchen ab 01.09.2009 (evtl. nach Absprache auch schon 01.08) einen netten, tierlieben neuen Mitbewohner / Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und liegt zur ruhigen Hofseite raus. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und hat insgesamt ca. 73 qm. Wir haben: Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Badewanne... :-) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (zum nächsten Supermarkt zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten), die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 5 Minuten weg (3/83), 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt, zur Luke ungefähr genauso ;-) Die Kaltmiete beträgt 200 €, dazu kommen 39 € Nebenkosten und 10 € für Internet (und irgendwann demnächst auch Telefon... :D ). Wahlweise kann für 25 € / Monat auch ein PkW-Stellplatz hinter dem Haus dazu gemietet werden :-) Interesse? Dann freuen wir uns über Deine Mail!
