Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen Zwischen- bzw. Nachmieter (über beides lässt sich sprechen) für ein Wg-Zimmer in der Saarstraße. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Es ist eine helle Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, einer großen Wohnküche und einem zusätzlichen Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer hat etwa 15 qm, hat jedoch ein eingebautes Hochbett, sodass der Raum vergleichsweise groß wirkt und genügend Platz bietet.
Du wohnst mit den drei sehr amüsanten und zuvorkommenden Mitbewohnern Boris, Paul und Tim zusammen. Es ist keine zweckmäßige Wohngemeinschaft.
