Ich biete mein Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG für 5 Wochen (vom 12.03. bis zum 13.04.) zur Zwischenmiete an. Da wir ein großes Sofa haben und ich auch zeitlich etwas Spielraum habe, lässt über den genauen Zeitraum auch nochmal reden.
Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß, hat ein großes Bett und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Platz im Schrank räume ich dir natürlich frei. Du hast hier W-Lan und Telefon, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, ne Waschmaschine, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht und sogar einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus, Autostellplätze sind direkt im Hof, Lidl und Netto in 3 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Von Trier Süd aus kommt man die Saarstraße entlang auch ganz gemütlich und flott in die Innenstadt!
Die Miete beträgt warm für einen Monat 276 Euro (320 für 5 Wochen). Falls du länger oder kürzer bleiben möchtest, finden wir, wie gesagt, auch eine Lösung. Ansonsten hätte ich noch zwei nette Mitbewohner anzubieten (w 22 und m 24).
