Frei wird ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG in Trier Süd.
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß.
Da ich erst im März letzten Jahres eingezogen bin und mich seit August nur noch bei meinem Freund aufhalte, sind die Möbel (im März neu gekauft) noch wie neu und müssten auch mit übernommen werden:
-> Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, eventuell 3 Sitzhocker mit Stauraum UND
ein neues selbst gebautes Hochbett, wodurch im Zimmer mehr Platz ist
Wir haben eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Keller, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Miete beträgt 231€ inklusive Nebenkosten, Telefon und Internet.
- circa 50 Meter Gehweg bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Linie 3 und 5)
- 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß bis Stadtmitte
- viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka, Netto und Lidl direkt um die Ecke
