Hallo WG suchende,
ab sofort wird mein schönes Zimmer in Trier Süd frei. Dieses verfügt über einen sehr großen Balkon und hat eine Größe von 16qm. Durch das bodentiefe und ein weiteres Fenster ist es sehr hell. Neben deinem zukünftigen Zimmer gehören ein langer Flur. Von dem alle Räume abgehen, eine Küche, ein Bad und das Zimmer von Milena zur Wohnung. Ihr habt eine gesamte Wohnfläche von 47qm.
Trotz der angenehm ruhigen Wohnlage seid ihr mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten im Zentrum und in ca. 15 min am Hauptbahnhof. Die dazu gehörige Bushaltestelle ist in einer Minute fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem sind Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Bäckereien etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe 5 min Fußweg (Saarstraße).
Mit Milena habt ihr eine sehr nette und pflegeleichte Mitbewohnerin, die euch hilfsbereit zur Seite steht. In der Küche haben wir uns desöfteren zum quatschen und Kochen getroffen. Am besten ihr macht euch von allem selbst ein Bild und schaut einfach vorbei. Ich freue mich über eure Nachrichten.
