Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner (w/m) zum 15.07.2016.
Wir sind eine 4er-WG in zentraler Lage in Trier Süd (Saarstr. 9) mit guter Busanbindung zur Uni.
Das freie Zimmer hat 18qm und ist mit 2 Fenstern sehr hell. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist daher ruhig. Außerdem verfügt es über einen kleinen, aber feinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer 245 €/Monat inkl. Internet, Telefon, Strom etc.
Besichtigungen sind am Dienstag, 24.05 ab ca 19 Uhr möglich. Bei Interesse schreibt einfach eine Email an m.marsall(at)gmx.net, am besten mit ein paar Infos zu euch (Alter, ob/was ihr studiert...), mit eurer Handynummer und wann ihr Zeit habt.
