Die Wohnung wurde vor circa 6 Monaten neu renoviert und wird seither als WG genutzt. Sie verfügt über zwei Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Wohnküche und ein Abstellkammern. Zudem gibt es einen Garten. Das Zimmer an sich ist etwa 13qm groß, mit schönem Laminat ausgelegt und wirkt durch das große Fenster hell und freundlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Lintzstraße , 5 Minuten zum Fuß nach Lidl, Edeka , Netto und 8 Minuten zum Südbahnhof also so ziemlich an allem was man so braucht.
Der Bus zur Uni fährt alle 10 min von dem Bus-Halt
Deiner zukünftiger Mitbewohner Sarkiess ist 26 Jahre alt (Bauingenieur ) . In seiner Freizeit treibt er gerne Sport, kocht oder trifft sich mit seinen Freunden. er ist auch gerne für einen gemütlichen Abend zu haben, aber wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst, wird dies berücksichtigt.
Zurzeit arbeitet er am Donnerstag und Freitag in dem Restaurant und ist deswegen auch Abends öfters mal unterwegs.
