Hallo mein Name ist Renat (32, M) und ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in ab dem 01.06!
Ich bin ein offener und recht entspannter Mensch und würde mich über gelegentlichen Plausch in der Küche/Wohnzimmer oder zusammen ein Bier trinken gehen freuen. Natürlich ist mir aber auch persönliche Zeit wichtig, deshalb würden wir uns zum größten Teil in ruhe lassen.
Einen Putzplan haben wir nicht aber in der Regel wird einmal pro Woche staubgesaugt und einmal alle 3-4 Wochen durchgewischt (Küche + Bad etc). Ein Grundniveau an Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, ich bin da aber auch nicht super pingelig, keine sorge.

I'm an open and quite relaxed person and would be happy to have an occasional chat in the kitchen/living room or go out for a beer together. Of course, personal time is also important to me, so we'd leave each other alone for the most part.
We don't have a cleaning schedule, but we usually vacuum once a week and wipe down once every 3-4 weeks (kitchen + bathroom etc.). A basic level of cleanliness is important to me, but I'm not super fussy about it, don't worry.
