meine Name ist Monika und ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin 62 Jahre alt und ein sehr umgänglicher und vielseitig interessierter Mensch.
Das 16 qm Zimmer in meiner ca. 68 qm großen Wohnung liegt zur Gartenseite im 1. Stock eines 4 Parteienhauses, mit Balkon und schöne Sicht über die Stadt. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum und Speicher.
Die Wohnung liegt im Trierer Westen. In unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Aldi,Edeka,Rossmann, Lidl, dm). Die Bushaltestelle der Linien 1 und 2 sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso ist die Anbindung zur FH und nach Luxembourg sehr gut. Traumhafte, sehr ruhige Lage, trotz Centrumnähe.
