Das Zimmer ist groß, günstig geschnitten und das Fenster zum Garten hin. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Tageslichtbad. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Sat-Fernseanschluss. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten, auch Internet-Flat, eingerechent.
Die Lage ist ruhig, auch die Anliegerstraße ist nicht stark befahren. Die Wohnung liegt Ideal für Studenten der Hochschule. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt braucht man 15 Minuten zu Fuß. An die Uni mit dem Bus ca. 25 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zwei nette Jungs suchen einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin. Gerne wird mal zusammen rumgehangen oder was gekocht, aber jeder kann immer seine Ruhe haben.
Für alle vorhandenen Geräte, Herd, Mikro, Waschmaschine wird keine Abschlagszahlung verlangt. Ein 90cm-Bett kann umsonst übernommen werden. Ein Einzug ab dem 15. April wäre ebenfalls möglich, die Miete für April wäre dann zu teilen.
