Nach fünf Jahren glücklicher Wg -Zeit lösen wir uns alle auf, da für uns ein neues Kapitel beginnt.
In der Wohnung werden deshalb alle 6 Zimmer frei.
Die Größen der Zimmer variieren zwischen 12 und 18 Quadratmeter. Bieten aber alle ausreichend Platz und haben alle ihren eigenen Charme.
Da das Haus aus sieben Wgs mit jungen Leuten besteht, eignet sich perfekt für einen Neustart in Trier.
After five years of a great time, we are all sadly moving out.
The apartment has six rooms and all of them are available. Every room has a different size, but enough space and a charme on its own.
Die Wohnung, oder genauer gesagt die A3, wie wir unser Haus liebevoll nennen, sitzt direkt neben der berühmten Römerbrücke. Jede erdenkliche Art von Supermarkt (Kaufland, Edeka, Dm etc) ist fußläufig um die Ecke ( 2 bis 7 min zu fuss ). Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Uni ist somit auch leicht zu erreichen. Wer an der FH studiert hat es sogar noch näher. Den ÖV nutzen wir jedoch wenig, die Lage des Hauses ist so super zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist bis auf die Uni alles leicht zu erreichen. Die beste Kneipe (Plan K) ist sogar nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
The Apartment, or A3 , as we like to call our lovely house, is right next to the famous Römerbrücke on the West side of the Mosel.
All kind of supermarkets ( Kaufland, Lidl, DM, Kik etc. ) is within 5 to 10 min walking distance.
Public transport is 5 min to foot, your at uni within 20 - 30 min. If your lucky and you study at the FH you won't need to walk long ( 5 to 10 min ) and don't have to take the bus at all.
Wie schon gesagt besteht die A3 aus 7 Wohnung, alle bis auf 1 sind WGs in denen Studenten oder Auszubildene, oder sonstige junge Leute mit kleinem Budget wohnen. Wir haben eine starke HausCommunity und Neuankömmlinge werden immer mit offenen Herzen aufgenommen. Ein perfekter Ort für einen Neustart in Trier !
Da sich die Wg komplett auflöst, hast du die Chance deine ganz eigene Wg und dein ganz persönliches Zuhause zu schaffen.
The house consists of 7 apartments, all except one are WGs with Uni students and young people on low budgets :D
We have a great house community and new people are always welcomed !
So if you are about to start a new chapter here in Trier, this house would be the perfect place :D
Since we are all moving out, you have the chance to create your personal home.
Die Größe der Zimmer variiert leicht. Wenn ihr es gleichmäßig aufteilt, kommt ihr allerdings auf eine Gesamtmiete 310 Euro ( inklusive Strom, Gas etc.).
Teile aus der Wohnung können übernommen werden, somit hat man für den Start eigentlich alles was man braucht.
