Hallo, wir (Sandra, 28 und Warin, 25) suchen zum 1. September eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/-in für unsere 3er-WG. Die Wohnung (106m²) hat eine geräumige Küche und ein genauso geräumiges Bad. Der Altbau von 1906 verfügt über hohe Decken und wurde Ende 2006 komplett renoviert. Zu deinem ca 20m² Zimmer kommt ein großer Garten, eine Art "Wintergarten" und ein Wohnzimmer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden und zu Fuß zu erreichen (EDEKA, lidl, dm etc). Mit den Buslinien 1,2 und 81 lassen sich Uni und FH gut erreichen.
Die WG hat eine Internet- und Telefonflat, Kabelanschluss und Waschmaschine (alles inklusive).
