Hallo. Ich suche eine eine Nachmieterin für meine nette 6er Wg. Da wir eben mit dir insgesamt 6 Leute sind und schon vier Männer hier wohnen, wäre es schön, wenn wieder ein Mädchen einziehen würde.Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, hat eine große Wohnküche und ein frisch renoviertes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem wünderschönen alten Dielenfußboden. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Deins würde sich in der unteren befinden. Es gibt noch zwei seperate Toiletten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wg Haus mit großem Innenhof zum Fahrräder abstellen und Grillen im Sommer. Kaufland ist direkt um die Ecke, genauso wie eine Bushaltestelle. In die Innenstadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Also wenn du Student bist und eine schöne Wg suchst, bist du hier genau richtig. Schreib einfach eine Mail und komm vorbei. (:
