ich suche zum 01.09. oder 15.09. einen netten neuen Mitbewohner (m/w) für meine schöne 2er-WG. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat 12qm, ist sehr hell und verfügt über einen TV-Anschluss. Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über eine große Wohnküche, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und einen großen Balkon. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat dabei einen extra Zugang. Internet und Telefon gibt es hier natürlich auch. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt keine 3 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle Blücherstraße entfernt (Linie 1, 2 und 81), sowohl Uni als auch FH sind gut zu erreichen. Es sind mit Aldi, Edeka, Lidl und Kaufland auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Miete beträgt mit allem drum und dran 295 Euro.
