Hi, mein Name ist Sofiya (22) studiere Design und mache
ab September bis Ende Januar ein Auslandssemester.
Deshalb gebe ich mein geliebtes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei!
Man hat alles, was man braucht:
Großes, helles, geräumiges Zimmer
Großes Bett, großer Schreibtisch
Kleiderschrank, Regal, Couch (ggf. Zimmerpflanze ;) )
Die zwei großen Fenster liegen zur ruhigen und wenig befahrenen Straße.
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Co, sowie ein schniekes Bad.
Plus ist es mit 275 für Beschaffenheit und Lage sehr günstig!

If you want studying aboard in Trier this room is perfect for you! This room is large, with furniture and everything you need. The flat has a big kitchen aswell and a bathroom you will share with my 2 cool flatmates. Various shops for the daily need are around the corner, you will live in a very calm neighborhood with beautiful nature (the forest and the Mosel river) and you can reach the bus stop in 3 minutes. With a bike or by bus you can reach the city centre in 15 Minutes (for example Paulusplatz or Nikolaus Koch Straße). The Hochschule Trier (University for Appllied Science) is close too (10 minutes bus ride)

Die Lage ist sehr optimal für Studenten oder Berufstätige. Ruhig, in der Natur, kein Straßenlärm.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt; Lidl, Edeka, DM und Co sind auch um die Ecke.
Zwei berufstätige Mädels Anfang 20 suchen einen Dritte(n) in der Bude!
Wir sind herzlich, gesellig, ordentlich. Lassen aber uns bei Bedarf unseren eigenen Raum und unsere Ruhe.
