My room is available as I am leaving Europe. It is a very nice room in a 120sqm flat. You can rent the room unfurnished or you can take over my furniture. In all you have everything you need - bed, carpet, two tables, chairs, a huge sitting pillow, a paravent behind which you can store your luggage so it looks pretty, a wardrobe system from Westwing, nice curtains, two standing lights, an extra heating system, vacuum cleaner, etc.
In the house we have the washing machine, two drying racks as well as everything you need in the kitchen. We also have a small living room. If you would like you could also buy my Dutch bike, it works if you are 1.7-2m. I also have some storage solutions and a fan, which I will leave in the room. The room itself is very quiet facing the internal courtyard.7
The room is old school 4m tall!
The best location in the great city of Trier 5 min from main train station and 1 min away from all buses leaving to Luxembourg (117, 118, 306 etc).
5 min to Fitness First and Kaufland, 7 min to the city centre, 15 min to the Mosel
Everything is just around the corner.
Alex and Sharon are alright housemates, easygoing, welcoming and helpful, both of them have common sense. You can travel and have your own life or spend time together. Each of them have their own life and work full time. We make sure the house is clean and cozy but at the same time don't obsess over it.
Man or woman or in between, black, white and / or Asian, Panda, LGBT, all age welcome, vegan, vegetarian and omnivore all welcome.
Would be good if you are 100% fluent in English or/and German.
The landlord is cool too.
As the number of requests is overwhelming, please note that we will only consider applicants where you come in person. We won't do skype/whatsapp. We will give everyone a chance who visit till 20th March.Future possible days to visit are 4-8 March (evening) or 20th March when I am here. Else come with your proposal and I will see if my housemates can accommodate it.
