ich (w,35J) suche sympathische, aufgeschlossene Frau (berufstätig, etwa in meinem Alter) die Lust hat, mit mir eine WG zu gründen. Mein Wunsch wäre eine helle, freundliche Wohnung zentrumsnah mit Balkon oder Terasse, großen Zimmern, evt. ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche und nicht mehr als 450 Euro pro Person. Es handelt sich dabei nicht um eine Zweck-WG!
