Suche für die Zeit vom 30.06.2014 bis 01.08.2014 eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für mein WG-Zimmer in der Bismarckstraße in Trier (nähe Hauptbahnhof).
Das Zimmer misst etwa 20 qm2, hat, wie die gesamte Wohnung, hohe Altbaudecken und Parkettfußoden.
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist 120 qm2 groß, hat eine Küche mit Zugang zu Balkon und Garten (beides darf nach Belieben genutzt werden). Dazu gibt es schnelles Internet, einen Mitbewohner der sich mit Computern bestens auskennt, sowie einen Keller und einen Kirschbaum im Garten (gerade jetzt sehr empfehlenswert).
