13qm Zimmer in 3er Wg Innenstadt, 13qm room in shared apartment

Die Wohnung ist super zentral, direkt am Fuße der Altstadt und auch zur Wilhelmstraße sind es nur 5-10 Minuten Fußmarsch. Außerdem befindet sich die Bushaltestelle „Parkhaus König“ direkt vor der Tür. Je nachdem von welcher Seite, kommt man hier in wenigen Minuten entweder Richtung Innenstadt oder auch zu den Kliniken. Zum Einkaufen bietet sich der 300m weg gelegene Edeka an, der Rewe (ca. 2 min mit Fahrrad) oder der Aldi (ca. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad). Bäcker, Metzger und Apotheke gibt es keine 2 Gehminuten weg. Ein Drogeriemarkt DM und die Post sind ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.


Our flat is located directly in the centre of Tübingen. The Altstadt is right at your footstep like the bus station called Parkhaus König and you only need about 5-10 minutes by foot to Wilhelmstraße. The Kliniken and the city centre are also just a few minutes away. The nearest surrounding supermarkets are Edeka which is around 300m away, Rewe (approx. 2min by bike) and Aldi (approx. 5 min by bike). You can reach bakeries, butchers and pharmacies in about 2min walk. A drugstore called DM and the post are about 3 min away by bike.

In der WG wohnen Benedikte (BWL- Studentin) und Pam ( Medizin- Studentin), wobei Beni momentan sich noch im Auslandssemester befindet und gegen August in die WG stoßen wird. Dafür ist momentan Sonja in unserer WG. Sie macht gerade ein Praktikum beim Finanzamt. Fest wohnt Pamela in unserer WG, die Medizin im 7. Semester studiert. Beide sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und

rücksichtsvoll.
Wir kochen gerne mal gemeinsam, sitzen auf dem Balkon oder unternehmen auch ab und an etwas gemeinsam. Allerdings gibt es bei uns kein verpflichtendes Programm :)

Your flatmates would be Benedikte (International Businnes student) and Pam (Medicine student). Beni is currently still in her studies abroad and will bump again in our apartment in August. Therefore, Sonja, our current Interim renter, stays with us. She is currently completing her internship at the Tax Office. Pamela is the one who will stay at the flat. She is a medicine student in her 7th Semester. Both are lovely, easy to get along with and respectful. Together we love sitting on the balcony, chatting or cooking all kind of stuff (mostly even tasty). Even though, it is not obligatory. :)

Neben deinem Zimmer gibt es noch eine Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Haus verfügt über einen sehr geräumigen Keller mit Trockenraum, der allen Bewohnern zur Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Im Keller haben wir einen eigenen, recht großen Abstellraum (schön trocken, also man kann wirklich Dinge dort verstauen). Auch der große, tolle Garten darf von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden. Unsere WG hat als Sahnetüpfelchen auch noch einen überdachten Balkon. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen wäre der Vermieter, der total nett ist und sich super um alles kümmert. So haben wir in der Küche zum Beispiel einen Induktionsherd, der innerhalb einer Minute kochendes Wasser zaubert.
Für die neue Waschmaschine würde noch 150 Euro Ablösung anfallen.

Beside your room, the apartment includes a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a little cute common room. The house in which the apartment is situated has a really spacious cellar with a room for drying clothes and an extra room for bikes. Both of them are available for all residents of the house. We also own a store room which is really big and dry, so you can store a lot of things there. Additionally, the beautiful big garden is available for everyone. The highlight of our apartment is our covered balcony. Possibly important to know is that our landlord is really kind and looks after everything. Therefore, we have induction cooker in the kitchen which heats up water just in a minute.
For the nes washingmashine the repayment would be around 150 euros.
